If the purchased moissanite changes in it's optical properties including the fire, brilliance, clarity and colour, we will replace your moissanite.

In the unlikely event that your moissanite gemstone changes in optical properties, please contact us immediately and we will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

To make a claim under this lifetime warranty, you must have proof of purchase and email us at contact@gemsofelah.com.

• The Lifetime Warranty is applicable to all Gems of Elah moissanite moissanite gemstones
• The Warranty covers all changes to optical properties (clarity, colour, and brilliance) of the moissanite gemstone
• Original receipt of purchase is required in the event of a claim 
• The Warranty does not cover theft or loss of the stone
• The Warranty does not cover chipping, breaking, abrasions, scratching or damage due to abuse or misuse
• Any alterations or treatments to jewellery will void the Warranty

 

Warranty on Fine Jewellery

We offer a 6 months warranty on all gold metal content of an item. 3 months warranty on all silver metal content of an item.

Damage or defect as a result of mistreatment of item, as well as wear and tear, is not covered by this warranty.

If the metal content of an item is not of a satisfactory quality i.e. manufacturing defect we will repair your purchase, exchange or provide a refund.
